Our Team
Monty Yow
Monty Yow is a dedicated family man with over 25 years of experience in the glass industry. He began his career in 1990 with H&S Glass in Charlotte, North Carolina, installing residential and commercial glass.
After a brief period in law enforcement that concluded in 1998, Monty returned to his passion for glasswork in the Lake Norman area. His role quickly expanded from measuring and installation to overseeing ordering, operations, and management for a local glass company.
In late 2010, Monty founded Infinity Reflections, originally focused on providing custom antique mirrors for interior designers. Following a successful first year, he rebranded the business as Infinity Glass and Mirror in 2011. Since then, Monty has continued to build on his expertise, specializing in custom frameless shower enclosures and delivering quality craftsmanship with a personal touch.
Randy Hartness
Randy Hartness brings over 25 years of experience in the glass and mirror industry. A proud North Carolina native, Randy began his career in Harrisburg, NC, where he developed his expertise in custom glass and mirror installations.
In early 2013, Randy joined Infinity Glass and Mirror, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience helping customers choose the perfect shower glass solutions and closet configurations. His deep understanding of the craft, paired with his energetic and personable nature, has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of Infinity Glass and Mirror.
Office Staff
Our dedicated office team includes a full-time customer service representative, an accountant/bookkeeper, and a social media advisor. Often behind the scenes, they are the driving force that keeps Infinity Glass and Mirror connected with our customers and vendors. Each member of our office staff is fully equipped to assist visitors in our showroom and answer any questions about our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Custom Installers
All of our installers are full-time employees of Infinity Glass and Mirror and are expertly trained to handle heavy glass with precision and care. We never subcontract our work, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality on every project.
